As a husband, father, business owner, athlete, innovator, and AFib patient, I was confronting massive cardiac trauma just in time for Christmas. Jim Kaveney is all heart. As the youngest of nine children in an eleven-member household in Erie, Pennsylvania, Jim learned at a young age the importance of balancing work, life, family, and faith. Growing up, he sought understanding and solace in forces greater than himself, a quest that has influenced his personal and professional journey.
Jim is well-versed in the sciences, holding several degrees in biology and a master’s degree in organizational leadership. With over 20 years of experience in the biotech, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries, he has honed his expertise in areas such as oncology, infectious diseases, market access, account management, engagement, and behavioral modification to enhance sales force effectiveness. His specialties include product launches, data and analytics, and mobile learning platforms.
