Jim Kaveney is all heart. As the youngest of nine children in an eleven-member household in Erie, Pennsylvania, Jim learned at a young age the importance of balancing work, life, family, and faith. Growing up, he sought understanding and solace in forces greater than himself, a quest that has influenced his personal and professional journey.

From 2020 to 2023, Jim served as Vice President of Training Solutions at EVERSANA, where he developed and implemented a customized learning journey aimed at enhancing competencies, increasing proficiency, and maximizing the return on investment in learning and development. During his tenure, his focus shifted towards mindset training and the psychology behind pharmaceutical innovation, patient advocacy efficacy, and holistic wellness training.
